  1. §1 If you don't agree with the following conditions do not use scalefigures.ai, its service or contents.
  2. §2 You may use generated vector files in your own projects (architectural drawings, presentations, etc.). You may not resell or redistribute the generated files as a standalone product or as part of a vector library or stock asset service.
  3. §3 ScaleFigures.ai is intended for professional and personal use. You as a user are responsible for evaluating and verifying the suitability of generated content for your specific use case.
  4. §4 Content is generated by AI models. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of generated outputs. Use generated content at your own risk.
  5. §5 ScaleFigures.ai cannot provide guarantees of compliance with any standards or regulations. We are not responsible for how you use generated materials in your projects.

Privacy policy

  1. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, save, and protect your personal data. Cyber and Space AB is the company owning ScaleFigures.ai and is responsible for the handling of personal data. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (2016/679).
  2. This website is owned and managed by Cyber and Space AB - Fyrskeppsvägen 89, 121 54 Johanneshov, SWEDEN.
  3. We collect data in the following ways:
    • You create an account — we store your email address.
    • You make a purchase — through Stripe (third party) we receive some additional information. Payment data is stored at Stripe, not on our servers.
    • You send us an email — we will receive and store that email.
  4. CONSENT — By registering on ScaleFigures.ai or using our services you confirm you have read and accept this privacy policy.
  5. COOKIES — We use cookies to keep you logged in and to make the site function correctly. We use both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies.
  6. SAFETY — We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data from unlawful access or exposure.

  8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
    • ScaleFigures.ai disclaims any responsibility for the ownership and copyright status of images generated by users through our AI-powered image generation tool. The determination of copyright ownership of AI-generated images remains a legally ambiguous and evolving issue. Users must bear the full responsibility and risk associated with the use and distribution of such content.
    • ScaleFigures.ai makes no guarantees regarding the persistence, deletion, accessibility, or privacy of generated content. AI-generated content may be subject to removal, loss, or alteration without prior notice.
    • By using the AI image generation feature, users acknowledge and agree to these terms, absolving ScaleFigures.ai, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the use of AI-generated content.
    • ScaleFigures.ai strictly prohibits use of its AI tools for creating inappropriate, sexually explicit, offensive, or illegal content (collectively "NSFW content").
      • Loss of Credits: Any attempt to generate NSFW content will result in the immediate forfeiture of credits used for that attempt. These credits will not be reimbursed.
      • Account Suspension: Repeated attempts to generate NSFW content may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
  9. Purchase and Usage of Credits
    • Credits can be purchased and used to generate AI-powered content on ScaleFigures.ai.
      • Non-Refundable: Once purchased, credits are non-refundable.
      • Expiration: Credits expire as specified at the time of purchase. Expired credits cannot be recovered or refunded.
      • No Buy-Back: We do not buy back unused credits.
  10. DISCHARGE OF RESPONSIBILITY
    • Cyber and Space AB cannot be held responsible for damages or losses caused directly or indirectly from use of scalefigures.ai or its services.
    • Cyber and Space AB cannot be held responsible for the legal aspect of content on sites we link to.
    • Cyber and Space AB removes its responsibility for personal data in cases of hacker attack, sabotage, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).
    • Cyber and Space AB (and with that scalefigures.ai) is based in Sweden and follows Swedish law. Users from outside Sweden are themselves responsible for following applicable local laws and regulations.
